  This place is in a great location, not far from Melbourne, nearby malls and Dandenong ranges and Mornington Peninsula.
  
  Reception was very friendly, and check in was easy.
  
  We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and clean, with enough space and the kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The tv had streaming capability which was useful.
  
  However the bathrooms are not very good, the shower above bath is not very accessible and is dangerous for kids and the elderly. Also the grout really needs a good clean as it looks dirty. I think the bathrooms need a refresh with maybe new tiling and a shower only (no bath).
  
  Also as it was a long weekend we didn't get any room servicing for 4 days (out of our 5 at stay ) , this was a disappointment considering we paid a full rate .
  
  And parking is good, but at $15 it can get expensive quickly... I do notice some people park on the street , perhaps that is a better option but it is very convenient been able to park underneath the building.
  
  Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel the property needs a bit of a refresh to liven the place up a bit

  Staff were so lovely and helpful. Stayed 10 nights with my family in a nice apartment with good amenities with extra touches that made us feel very welcome. Good area too, close to a cafe, Asian dining district and a cute local shops up the hill. The building was old but price matched well with what we got.

  I managed to stay at this venue for a recent business trip. Although the trip was only a week, I opted for a serviced apartment. The location of this Quest is central to almost everything. There is the local large shopping centre called “The Glen” a few mins down the road; the local train station is a 10 min walk as well. If you're into your fitness or need a swimming pool, there is the Monash aquatic centre, only a few min's walks. The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any queries. There is a function or business room insight to host an event; parking is available onsite if you have a hire car. The CBD is only half an hour away. It's an excellent location to access whatever you need. The rooms are spacious; they have balconies, small kitchens, washers and dryers, Air Conditioning, and small dining and seating areas, so it was a decent home away from away. Worth a visit if you're in town.

  Clean Rooms, Comfy bed, Full Kitchen with dishwasher, and Laundry room
  Quiet neighborhood and plenty of nearby restaurants and big shopping center.

  Spent 5 days at the Quest, huge rooms really clean. Staff were excellent, giving me the gym room key for my early morning exercise when it was cold outside. Quest is central to a large array of dining venues. Very quiet, even located next to a very busy road. Great spot

  Stayed here for around 6 months in multiple trips. I can term it as it was my Australian Address.
  Good:
  Easily accessible by public transport.
  Spacious and well maintained rooms.
  Daily cleaning.
  Facilities in room are good(including kitchen)
  Seven eleven is located nearby and the Glen mall (which also has supermarkets) is just around 1 KM.
  Some good places to eat are also around 1 KM.
  Staff is supportive and accomodating.
  
  Cons:
  Didn't really find anything significant but gym can be improved.

  We stayed here for 4 weeks while looking for a permanent place in Melbourne. I have nothing but good things to say! The room was huge and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!
