    Ski Rental Shop needs to number their seats to avoid customers jumping queue---Why not explain evacuation route from Bus before the start of tour

    It was my first time booking in with this agency for a Mt. Buller Trip. The whole experience was horrible.

    1. Ignorance with regards to suggestions and safety issues
    One of the seats at the back of the bus had no seat belts at all and we were nice enough to acknowledge it to the tour guide but she was completely ignorant about it. Well, I took into consideration that she might not be able to do anything about it at that point of time, but such ignorance of a safety issue is not acceptable. When I say ignorance, it means not one bit of effort was put into finding an alternative and even walking off leaving me hanging with what I have said. I bet the next batch of passengers would have faced the same issue of not having a seat belt especially with a bumpy ride at the back of the bus.

    2. There were a lot of hidden costs.
    I pity the customers who pays all the add-ons on the spot. No price of renting any waterproof pants, clothings, boots or toobogan rides was specified when we booked our trip. The price on paper looks cheap but after adding all the add-ons, I believe it could add up to be more expensive than other agencies.

    3. We were half an hour late for our one hour classes.
    The tour guide was completely outrageous when she puts the blame on us for being late. Firstly, we had to board a bus up to the village. Our tour came first so we might be able to board the first bus, but came along another tour agency which chose to board the same bus anyway. We were nice enough to not cut the line, and therefore ended up not boarding the bus. A few other passengers from the same tour were not able to board it too. The next bus that came to pick us up came only half an hour later. In this matter, I hope the tour guide can handle such situations better. It was a total chaos while boarding the bus.

    4. Bad customer service.
    When we arrived, we were being rushed into the equipment area to try on our equipment. But mind you, the equipment area needed some time too, to line up and to wait for the employees to help find the right equipment for each person. We came out of the equipment area and wanted to rent a locker so we went and asked the tour guide and her reply was, "I told you to go there! Rent your locker there!" But apparently, she has never once spoken anything about the locker whatsoever. Just right after I've gotten the key to my locker to which she was there to witness, she was gone the next minute expecting us to have followed her.

    All of us actually missed the bus to head up to the skiing area just because we did not leave just right after I've gotten my key to the locker. So she made all of us climbed the hill to reach the skiing area with all our equipment. Firstly, the ski equipment are almost our height and the boots are ridiculously heavy to walk in. Imagine us climbing a number of flight of slippery stairs. My friend is a little tiny in nature, probably weighing about 40kg, and it was difficult for her to walk all the way up and to catch up with the tour guide's speed in which she was wearing a normal boots. Considering us rushing from the bus to the equipment area and straight up to the hill, there wasn't even time to take a sip of water or go to the loo.

    In conclusion, we only got to ski for a little while considering we paid $100+ close to $200 for our trip. And wasted a lot of time waiting for our bus to get up and down Mt. Buller. Definitely not worth while, will never recommend this agency to anyone.
