  My wife and I have booked our trips with Cassandra twice now and we are always so impressed by her friendliness and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and she handles much of the stressful aspects of planning our travel and we can trust her to make sure everything is in order. She is quick with her email responses and answers any follow up questions we have in the lead up to the trip. I’d certainly recommend her services to anyone else.

  I am pleased to have the opportunity to write about Flight Centre at The Glen and in particular your consultant Lauren Patton.
  We booked to fly to Perth last October and because of succumbing to Covid we were not able to take the flights. Hence we needed to rebook to any destination last Tuesday and the service we received from Lauren was 10/10. We chose Tasmania and Lauren organised our credit and booked flights and gave us other helpful suggestions to make our flight experience as smooth as could be.
  Her professionalism & knowledge was outstanding.

  I am so lucky that I had incredibly professional advice and support from Sophie Knight who is the store manager at Glen Waverley flight Center. Her dedication made my journey overseas so much easier. Throughout my experience I have found that she does not only provide high standards of professionalism but has a very caring, patient and an easy to approach nature. All other staff members at the Center are also very organised, helpful and friendly. A great and very pleasant experience with her and her Center. Excellent leadership and team.

  Terrible service, staff really not interested in serving. I checked the website and it said it opened at 9am. On arrival at 9.20am, there was a big barrier across the business door (see photo). The sign said trading hours were from 9am. I asked the lady inside if they were open and she said 9.30am. I pointed out that the sign said 9am and she said they were having a staff meeting. No smile, no "we shall be with you soon". She just was not interested in her job. Will not be back.
