  Always greeted with pleasant service by the staff and food is consistent with all other papparich stores. Wish this was there20+ yrs ago haha

  Have been going to Papparich monash express very often for brunch. Today we ordered a few things. One of them was a kuey teow for my son. Poor boy had some and said it doesn't taste right. We, with Malaysian tastebuds tasted it and guess what? It's burnt and that's not to be mistaken with the wok hei (taste from using a good wok). Went to the counter and asked for a redo. Even the fish cake was burnt ( I have pics too).
  
  Within 1.5 mins we got a replacement. Should we try? Think not. Know why? It has the tail of an eaten prawn's shell in it. Seriously so quick? Wow. Did you happen to throw in some eaten kuey teow from prev customers , tossed it around and served out as a redo? Ffs, if you don't have the heart to cook then don't bother doing it!

  Good option when at the area. Malaysian cuisine with a little less portion compare to the one in the restaurant. 13 or 14 dollars for a bowl of char kwey teow with 2 little shrimps on it.

  The food served here has got nothing to do with the high quality expected from the franchise. Where is the flavor? It reminds me more of the worst ultra-cheap Indian takeaway.
  
  The food is tasteless, in smaller portions and generally unbelievably disappointing. I usually love the food from Pappa Rich, having made my weekly outing to the restaurant at chadstone, and having eaten at Glen waverley(before it shut).
  I cried when I ate the chicken curry.

  Used to be my favorite in uni, until they served my Pho in a take away bowl without asking me if I wanted it.
  I ordered to have it there, but it was a busy time and they didn't have staff to wash them so they went for the take away bowl without checking. Yummy though!

  Curry laksa noodle soup is far from being edible. The little portion of soup is thickened excessively using coconut milk powder, with little to no vegetables or meat. You can think of it has as a small portion of egg Noddles served with a bit of curry laksa flavoured soup , that is basically just coconut powder mixed with water. I do not recommend the curry laksa noodle soup at PappaRich, it's advisable to try it elsewhere.
