  I had the same experience as Janet. The woman at the front desk was so rude I felt horrible. I was already feeling horrible with an abscess in my jaw bone and she did not help my anxiety with throwing me my papers to fill out. The dentist was okay until he hit my abscess with the injection and I nearly hit the roof. The pain was so bad all I could do was hold my face and cry. The nurse was comforting until I asked for liquid medication instead of tablets and all 3 (including the receptionist) laughed at me. My husband was furious. The dentist would not fill out a prescription for me so I had to ring a locum doctor when I got home. I am now on the mend, but the doctor said I may need to be hospitalised if the medication does not work it was that bad. I am a 50-year-old woman who lives with panic attacks and I felt so stupid. I will never visit that practice again as the dentist should have known better not to try and pull out my eye tooth when he saw by the x-ray that the infection was in my bone. Do not visit this dentist unless you want to feel inferior and in pain!
