  I had a good experience with my first unit purchase. Even though it takes around 1 year from my first enquiry to final settlement, some personnel change is unpredictable. Joseph is the guy who finally handles my case and always contactable on phone calls and emails. He is very helpful throughout the entire settlement process. My settlement date is in the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Thanks so much to Joseph. He still takes care of my case and makes settlement smoothly finalized on time. I would highly recommend Wealthsource Conveyancing!!

  We had a great experience with Wealthsource Conveyancing for our first home purchase. Everything went very smoothly through phone/emails. Especially, Joseph was extremely helpful throughout entire process. He explained the whole process in detail at the beginning, as we were not familiar with the process as first home buyers. He reviewed the Section 32 promptly and thoroughly (without this we would have missed our purchase). We had a bit of issue during the settlement but he helped us to go through without any problem. He was always pleasant on phone calls and emails. We would definitely go back to their service in the future and I highly recommend Wealthsource Conveyancing!!!

  We used Wealthsource to review contracts on a number of properties. They have been extremely helpful during this whole process of searching for our first home. Emails are responded to very quickly and often in only a couple of hours. They’re great on the phone too and were happy to answer all of the questions we had in detail. Whilst we are yet to finalise a sale on a property we will continue to work with Wealthsource Conveyancing as they have been so patient and great with us. Definitely recommend to anyone needing conveyancing services!
