    Waited at the Clinique counter for service wanting to purchase some skincare.

    The staff were discussing personal issues amongst themselves, oblivious to the fact that there were people waiting for service.

    Indeed, better price and service can be found online.

    Got excited when I saw David Jones cafe used sensory lab beans. However the coffee tasted terrible, couldn't finish. Clearly batistas have no idea what they're doing.

    I always find some sort of bargain in this store..customer service is not the best..good range and quality products

    No where near the selection it once had. The quality of their items is a significant step below what they had prior to the renovation. David Jones has had a massive write down recently where it reported enormous losses. They blame internet purchasing on their slim profits, perhaps they should blame themselves as their shelves are no longer stocked with high end products, the best you're going to see is Ted baker. Even the selection of that is miniscule. The shop is dying, and it seems management are more than happy to leave it to do just that.
