- Lee McLoughlan Added July 14, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Over priced basic room with rubbish left over from weeks or months of previous guests. All their empty milk packets, used tea bags etc in a pile at eye height above the kitchenette cupboard. I told cleaner when we arrived, nothing was done, and also upon checkout but they couldnt do anything about it. Went for breakfast after leaving and interrupted multiple times by reception saying we hadnt handed the key in and we would be charged. The staff member was very hard to deal with on phone, so had to drive back and explain again. After waiting in office, explaining for a fifth time the key was handed to her, she checked drawer and found the missing key. Incompetent. Wasted an hour. Wouldnt even offer discount on our room. Pathetic.
