  Really great customer service from Michelle this morning. She offered me my rewards free coffee which no other GJ’s has offered me since I signed up to the rewards program (about 6 visits to different stores). Very nice skinny cappuccino and banana bread and a good price with the combo deal. Will be returning when I am next in the area :)

  They don’t serve cold beverages when asked. They said only hot beverages they got, which was a turn off as we wanted to buy cold beverages only.

  The customer service was appalling, to say the least. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a disinterested and indifferent attitude from the staff. Thomas, in particular, was a nightmare to deal with. He was outright rude and disrespectful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of greeting customers with a smile and offering assistance, he brushed me off with a cold stare and a mumbled response. It felt like I was interrupting him from something far more important than providing decent customer service.

  Way to small coffee. To expensive! Much better coffee in every other cafe in the street. Macca's coffee is better. That says it all.

  When I went in, I was greeted warmly by the lady in charge. The nice way in which I was treated itself has resulted in this 5 star rating.
  
  Ordered a Cappuccino, New York cheesecake and also a sausage roll.
  
  Food was good and the cheesecake was excellent. However the coffee wasn't as great as some of the ones I have had in the CBD. Might have been because my taste buds were polluted by some chocolate bars I had before going in!

  Gloria Jeans never disappoints and this franchise is no exception. GJ's white hot chocolate is unique and my and my son's favourite. Their coffees are obviously amazing too..
  
  This particular joint is very open and big with lots of seating space.
