  First time at this salon, Rocco absolutely delivered. Warm, inviting, personable and completely transparent with pricing and expectations. Thanks for the perfect experience after two years away from professional salons. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

  It is a lovely shop in syndal with nice atmosphere. I had colour done and I would say I quite like the result, had wonderful shampoo.
  The only down part and perhaps major reason for low rating is lack of clarity in pricing. I wouldn't mind if it was all said and explained from the beginning, but things were mush mash and at the end I was given x2.5 more bill than initial quote. I don't like awkwardness for correcting bill at the counter, so I just paid without discussing more. but this ruins the whole good experience. Quite a lot of salon does that, so it's sad.

  One of the best hair salons I have ever been to. The staff are absolutely gorgeous and offer great customer service
  Staff is really professional and they actually know their stuff
  I was too worried about getting my hair done. Darcy welcomed me and made me comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands
  My hair colour turned out even better than what I had imagined
  Bianca, Tara and Rocco have been amazing.
