- uraniumdeath Added June 03, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a customer of The Glen's barber for a long time. I was looked after and charged $15 for a pretty basic haircut. Unfortunately, The Glen screwed him over, so he left.
In looking for a no-frills barber, I tried "The Neighborhood Barber". I was grossly disappointed.
My haircut took 10 minutes - #2 on top and #1 on the side - practically a buzz cut. I was charged $30.
In the meantime, a couple of fellas near me were having their Afro-hair lovingly tended to, resembling a topiary. I am sure they paid $30 as well, despite taking a hell of a lot longer.
While they did a good job, the price was a joke given how little work was involved. I have since bought myself a $25 clipper set for KMart that does no worse a job, which I do myself.

Yes most times it's busy and you will wait long but if it's busy that means it's a good place. I saw people saying they were on their phones but most times they are changing the music. Great atmosphere great music
