  Very Nerve- Wracking Experience with Property Management.
  
  ((I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 OR NEGATIVE RATING ))
  
  Usually one would appoint a Property Manager to work for them when it comes to taking care after the property and tenants. In my case I felt like, I was working for them and paying them the money as well.
  
  I had new tenants move in the property and they wanted few things fixed which I was quite happy to get done asap. I asked the Receptionist same day that was Friday to send someone and get me a quote for the items tenant wants to get fixed. She advised me she will have a Tradesperson attend the property on Monday and give me a quote.
  
  No one contacted me on Monday and when I enquired on Tuesday about the Tradesperson they advised me they sent someone and he has completed the job on Monday.
  
  Basically due to miscommunication within their office they bypassed me and got everything that tenant wanted fixed without checking or getting any authorisation from me.
  
  They ended up getting things fixed that were still under warranty and could have been fixed for free and Paid Premium price for the job.
  
  It gets Worse. Their Tradesperson on the day replaced the Taps and I was informed that they were still leaking. When I called Century21 to contact the tradesperson and get him to fix them, they informed me he is not ready to go back and attend to the Job and I have to organise someone else to get the job done.
  
  On top of that I had to organise 2 other Trades people to fix the issues that the Tradesperson Century21 organised could have worked upon when he attended. IT COSTED ME LOTS OF TIME, MONEY AND FRUSTRATION
  
  WAIT !! It gets Worse, they short- paid me the rent advising the previous tenant vacated the property approximately 15 days earlier. LUCKY I checked my record and Questioned Them????
  
  WAIT IT GETS REALLY BAD- When Landlord has to deal with tenants directly while he is paying the Real-Estate Agent.
  
  I was speaking and liaising with Tenants directly to get remainder of the work done to the property and WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR TENANTS FEEDBACK ABOUT CENTURY21. (TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL)
  
  You would think there would be an Apology ..GUESS WHAT !!
  
  NOOOOO WAY..........They were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and ARROGANT in their Approach.
  
  THEY UNDERVALUED MY PROPERTY, PROBABLY IT WASN'T PAYING THEM AS MUCH COMMISSION AS SOME OF THE OTHER BIGGER PROPERTIES. EVEN WHEN IT CAME TO OPENING THE HOUSE ----OPEN FOR INSPECTIONS ...THEY HAD VERY ODD HOURS, DAYS AND LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR MY PROPERTY WHICH ENDED UP STAYING VACANT FOR A MONTH.
  
  My DEAR Property manager took Approximately 7 days to return a Phone Call.
  
  I tried to raise this Issue with Century21 HEAD OFFICE but they told me I have to contact the Respective Franchise.
  
  I also spoke to Consumer Affairs/VCAT. They have advised me what they have done not acceptable at all and I can definitely take it forward.
  
  Well Now I have moved to a Great Property Manager who has Great Reviews and Real Professional in their Approach.
  
  !! Do your Research !! You want to get the Level of Service for the money you spend. There are heaps of Good Real Estate Agents Around.
